[3/7] Retain TorchUI source and evidence#75
What changed
Part 3 of 7 of the Solid library stack. Retain the pinned TorchUI source snapshot, original styling inputs, licenses, component evidence, and rebuild records. The snapshot is inactive until the integration stage.
This PR targets codex/issue-69-stack-02. The remaining stages complete the ten-library integration; git.cafe's linked stack is intended to land in order.

parseDate builds min, max, and the start date at noon. getCalendarDays builds each cell at local midnight. This causes two failures:

parseDate builds min and max at T12:00:00. getCalendarDays builds each cell at local midnight (new Date(year, month, d)). In isDisabled, the cell for the min day is midnight, which is earlier than min at noon, so that day is disabled.
For example, with min="2026-10-31" the user cannot pick Oct 31. todayDisabled() compares the current time with the same noon values. The "Today" button is therefore disabled before noon when min is today, and after noon when max is today.
