Contributor and agent instructions

Read README.md, DESIGN.md and docs/ECONOMIC-INTELLIGENCE-HANDOFF.md before app changes. This is a standalone extraction; historical monorepo paths in retained docs are context, not available dependencies.

• Use pnpm; run pnpm run check. Prepare the viewer with pnpm run viewer:build first.
• Preserve Frosted components, functional dither, reduced motion and source/coverage labels.
• Keep one shared observation area. Do not describe public bank previews as complete inventories or selected baskets as global inflation.
• Never connect gameplay accounts or dispatch jobs as a side effect of research, setup or UI QA. Explicit account grants/provider approvals remain required.
• Keep credentials and runtime files private. Do not commit .env, DB/WAL files, logs, cache, agent artifacts, account locks or personal reports.
• Update patches/rs-world.patch for viewer edits; generated/vendor changes alone are not maintainable source.
• Use Cursor/GitCafe for the project release workflow. GitHub URLs for upstream dependencies are attribution/source locations, not this project's publishing destination.
• This source preview is published on GitCafe main; it is not a stable release. Consult RELEASE-READINESS.md before claiming release readiness or live integration success.
