Add a one-line comment that explains router: false.
The repository rule allows router: false only with a one-line comment that states the reason. Line 76 passes router: false without one.

Adjust the comment if the real reason differs, for example a custom container that the router wrapper would replace.
As per coding guidelines: "router is on by default. Pass router: false only with a one-line comment saying why."

Acquire fakeTimers() after the render.
Both new tests call using _timers = fakeTimers() before await using screen = await render(...). The tests advance these timers with vi.advanceTimersByTime. The repository rule requires such fakes to be acquired after mounting. They then dispose before the unmount.
Move each using _timers = fakeTimers(); line to just after the render call. Questions does not read timers during its first render, so this is safe.

Preserve customAnswer in Claudeβs option mapper.
ClaudeAdapterV2.ts:3687-3695 drops optionRecord.customAnswer while constructing each option. Web and mobile treat options as non-selectable only when this flag is true, so the custom-answer hint can become selectable.

Fixed in dbe72977e6. The mapper now preserves customAnswer next to preview, but only when it is exactly true (consumers check === true, and this avoids persisting customAnswer: false on every option). The existing claudeUserInputQuestions test covers it. I also checked the other adapters: OpenCode/Muse/Grok build options from their own typed protocols, which have no customAnswer field upstream to preserve, so this was the only mapper that could drop it.
@bmdavis419 Thanks for the fix. Preserving only customAnswer: true is sufficient because consumers use === true; omitting false keeps the same behavior. The mapper change and test coverage address this finding.
