Muse, OpenCode, Cursor, Claude, Codex, and the ACP adapters build provider prompts and background-work notifications with helpers inside apps/server, so they can't move into provider packages yet.

This moves the ones with no server dependencies into @t3tools/provider-core/server/*, along with their tests:

  • attachmentPrompt: attachment paths in prompt text. It now takes a resolveAttachmentPath function, matching ProviderHost, instead of the attachments directory. Adapters that haven't moved yet pass a closure over their existing directory.
  • notification: background-work notifications.
  • runtimeInstructions: runtime instructions.
  • instanceIdentity: instance identity stamping.

The ProviderEventLoggers service and its EventNdjsonLogger contract also move to provider-core (PascalCase, since it's an Effect service). The server keeps the file-backed store that implements them.

No behavior change.

Stack: #17330 → #17331. Continues the provider-packages work after #17299, #17300, and #17302.

This imports the Effect service tag as a named export at the service-construction boundary, erasing the module namespace required by the service conventions. Could you import @t3tools/provider-core/server/ProviderEventLoggers as a namespace and use ProviderEventLoggers.ProviderEventLoggers and ProviderEventLoggers.NoOpProviderEventLoggers here? Keep any server-facing exports compatible with existing consumers.
