Library cards now open their detail pages in the current tab in both grid and list views. Expanding the agent prompt keeps its footer visible as the prompt grows, so the viewport scrolls down with it. Collapsing retains the existing behavior.

Added focused checks for following the prompt during expansion and retaining new-tab behavior on the external Visit website button.

Validation: typecheck and the focused prompt test passed. The production build and library page tests passed for the navigation changes before the scrolling correction.
