Starting one queued run clears editing on every queued run, so an unrelated message left open in the composer loses its edit hold and can later be sent with its original text. Preserve other runsโ edit holds for queued-run.start; only queue.resume should clear them all.

Fixed in 7ba6cf01cd. Send now (queued-run.start) no longer clears edit holds; only Resume does. The runtime test now sends another queued message while one is being edited and checks that the edit hold survives.
