Problem

On Android, the labels under the thread swipe-action circles (Settle/Snooze, Un-settle/Snooze, Unarchive/Delete) get their lower half cut off once the system font size goes above the default, and at larger sizes they ellipsize and run into each other. The label sat in a fixed 14dp box while its text scaled with the system font. Reproduced on a Pixel 9 emulator (API 36) on cba30591f9: Settings font size 1.24x or larger, then half-swipe a thread on Chats or in Settings > Archive.

Change

The label box gets a 14dp minimum height instead of a fixed height, so it can hold its text. The 2dp top padding becomes a 2dp offset, so the circle stays where it is at the default size.
The label font stops growing at 1.1x the system scale (maxFontSizeMultiplier). Each action slot is a fixed 58dp, and "Unarchive", the longest label, fills it at about 1.12x.
On Android, React Native scales lineHeight by the full font scale even under maxFontSizeMultiplier. Without a fix, the label box grew far past its capped glyphs and pushed the compact circles out of their rows. The label's line height is now divided back down to the capped scale on Android. iOS already caps line height, so it keeps the class value.

vp run check:changed: format, lint, knip, typecheck (2 packages) and the React Compiler check pass.
Real app on a Pixel 9 emulator (API 36), T3 Code Dev against a fresh isolated server with synthetic threads (one active, one settled, one archived). Android font_scale set to 1.0, 1.12, 1.24, 1.35, 1.5 and 3.2 through agent-device settings text-size, app relaunched, row half-swiped. Before is main at cba30591f9, after is 1ffe7bb2c4; no file under apps/mobile, packages/client-runtime or packages/contracts changed between those and the current merge base and head. Each frame was taken twice 500ms apart; every pair is pixel-identical except two before frames where only the status-bar clock ticked. Sheets are cropped to the action area of the 1080x2424 frames; Diff0 is zero threshold, DiffT is 10%.

What else changed, beyond whole labels at 1.12x and up:

At 1.0x the label sits 1 device px (about 0.4dp) lower than before (rounding of the 2dp offset).
At 1.12x and up the circles sit up to 2 device px higher, because the label box now holds its full capped line height.
The labels no longer grow past 1.1x of the system font size, on iOS Dynamic Type as well as Android.
Timestamps in the rows and the exact half-swipe distance differ between frames; those cells are lit in the diffs.

Not checked: iOS (Dynamic Type), the tablet sidebar, single-action rows (Wake, unsent-task Delete/Discard, microphone Forget; same component), and app text sizes other than the default.
