The pull request Code tab ordered diff files by import graph and tier (source, then tests, then generated), while the file tree groups by directory. A test file appeared under its directory in the tree but at the bottom of the diff, so the diff seemed to end before the tree did.

The PR diff list now walks the same order as the tree: each directory stays contiguous, and siblings keep the import-aware rank the tree already derives from first appearance. (The chat diff panel already sorts by path, so its list and tree agree.)
Reviewers who want source first can now hide test files, as mobile already allows, in both the PR Code tab and the chat diff panel. The toggle sits next to the file tree button, hides tests and test support from the diff and the tree, and is one remembered setting shared by both views. In the PR tab, "N test files hidden" next to the file count turns it back off. A file a reveal or diff link asks for stays visible. In the chat diff, hiding is display-only, so lazy patch loading still indexes the full list. The test/mock predicate moved from mobile to @t3tools/shared/changedFileKind so every client uses one definition.
