composer strip before: cloud and folder icons next to "t3"

composer strip after: only the cloud icon next to "t3"

When a project can run on more than one machine, the run-context control under the composer showed the machine icon and a folder icon side by side. The folder added noise, since the label already names the machine and the menu still lists the workspace choices.

The strip now shows only the machine icon in that case. With a single machine it still shows the folder icon, and the thread details panel row is unchanged.

Checked in a dev web client paired to a second local environment: the strip renders cloud, "t3", chevron. Web typecheck, lint, fmt, and BranchToolbar.logic.test.ts pass.
