Keep the fallback visit timestamp live when no shell exists.

When detail loads before the thread enters the shell index, ChatView uses the quiet projection as activeThreadShell. A thread.visited or thread.marked-unread event can update only lastVisitedAt, which sameThreadStructure suppresses. The fallback then keeps the old server timestamp.

resolveThreadLastVisitedAt treats that defined server timestamp as authoritative, so the local watermark cannot correct it. If the thread woke after the retained timestamp, isThreadWokeUnseen remains true and useThreadLifecycle continues to show Woke from snooze after the visit.

Keep this visit suppression for a current shell, where lifecycle reads the shell directly. For the shell-absent fallback, source lastVisitedAt from a live, scalar visit-state binding instead of the quiet projection. Do not subscribe ChatView to the entire live projection, because that would restore the streaming re-renders this change is intended to prevent.

Confirmed and fixed in 9b8bbd6030. When the shell is missing, presentThreadShellFromProjection spreads the quiet projection.thread into the fallback shell. A visit-only change is held there, and resolveThreadLastVisitedAt treats the stale server value as authoritative.

The fallback now takes lastVisitedAt from a new lastVisitedAtAtom in client-runtime. That atom is a live binding of just the projection thread's visit mark, not the live projection, so streamed deltas still do not re-render ChatView. ChatView subscribes to it only while serverThreadShell === null. With a shell present it reads a constant empty atom, and visit state still comes from the shell. threadDetail.test.ts covers the shell-absent case: after a visit-only change, the quiet thread keeps its value and lastVisitedAtAtom returns the new mark.

@juliusmarminge Thanks for the explanation and fix in 9b8bbd6030. The scalar lastVisitedAtAtom addresses the stale fallback timestamp without subscribing ChatView to the live projection. The reported test covers the visit-only update while the quiet thread retains its value.

5Learning: In t3code, ChatView's shell-absent fallback uses a quiet thread projection, which suppresses visit-only changes. Keep lastVisitedAt live through client-runtime's scalar lastVisitedAtAtom. Subscribe to that atom only when serverThreadShell is null; otherwise use the shell's visit state. Do not subscribe ChatView to the full live projection, because streamed deltas would restore re-renders.
