Git remotes using a per-account SSH alias such as git@github.com-work:owner/repo caused T3 to request credentials for the alias instead of github.com, skipping PR sync. With an explicitly marked alias origin and a normal upstream remote, repository selection could also ignore the mark and select upstream.
Recognize the SSH alias shape github.com-<name> with no further dot, and normalize only recognized SSH aliases before selecting the marked repository. Existing credential selection applies. Hosts with additional dots, such as github.com-evil.example, and HTTPS alias-shaped remotes remain separate hosts.
This is a small, focused fix for an obvious bug in the existing SSH-alias handling from #6198: per-account github.com-<name> SSH remotes incorrectly request credentials from the alias host and skip PR sync. The fix and repository-selection regression coverage stay within that behavior, qualifying for the CONTRIBUTING.md exception without prior issue or discussion. Existing dotless-alias compatibility is preserved.

A marked alias origin versus github.com upstream regression failed before the repair and passes afterward, covering scp, ssh with port, and existing dotless aliases. Separate fixtures retain hostile-host/HTTPS/unknown-alias boundaries.
The initial broad API-host substitution also changed real-host port handling; GitManager caught that in three integration cases. The final change deliberately normalizes only SSH aliases, and a focused port regression now pins the existing behavior. All 401 package tests and all 190 GitManager integration tests pass, as do package typecheck, focused formatting/lint, and diff checks. GitHub GraphQL quota is exhausted, so thread resolution is pending. Upstream fork workflows also await maintainer approval; no CI pass is claimed.
