Allow time to approve a pairing-command check.
If the pairing SSH command emits a check in node-script mode, issueRemotePairingToken uses runSshCommandβs 60-second default timeout. The new callback opens the link, but approval after 60 seconds cannot complete that command. Set an appropriate approval-aware timeout for pairing, as the launch command does.

Bound the captured Tailscale approval token.
TAILSCALE_CHECK_URL_PATTERN restricts the scheme, host, path, and characters, but [\w-]+ has no maximum length. The accepted value is stored in tailscaleChecks and then interpolated into SshCommandError.message. Add a provider-supported maximum length or reject overlong matches before storing them. Keep the full valid approval link available to the UI because this message is intentionally user-facing.
