[Bug]: OpenCode providers defined in a project's opencode.jsonc never appear in the model picker for that project#24459

Steps to reproduce

1. Use OpenCode 2 (2.1.4) with T3 Code's OpenCode provider.
2. Create a folder, for example ~/uni, containing an opencode.jsonc that defines an extra OpenAI-compatible provider (here uni, with 9 models). Don't define it in the global ~/.config/opencode/opencode.jsonc.
3. Check that OpenCode sees it: opencode models run from ~/uni lists the 9 uni/* models (39 in total), and run from ~ it lists none (30 in total). opencode run -m uni/medium-gpt "hi" from ~/uni answers.
4. Add ~/uni as a project in T3 Code and start a new OpenCode thread there.
5. Open the model picker.

Expected behavior

The picker for a thread in ~/uni lists the uni/* models, just as OpenCode does for that directory. Threads in other projects keep showing only the machine-wide models.

Actual behavior

The picker shows only the machine-wide catalog (30 models). The uni provider never appears, and ~/.t3/caches/opencode.json holds the same 30 models. Per-project refresh works for skills and slash commands, but not for models.

On main (d53873b), packages/provider-opencode/src/server/driver.ts loads the catalog once with loadOpenCode2Catalog(client, host.paths.cwd), the T3 server's own directory. snapshotForCwd only replaces skills and slashCommands for each folder, and never the models.

#21531 adds optionDescriptors to workspace snapshots, but says the picker doesn't change by itself. #21532 and #11871 do the same thing for project-local agents only. #15155 is the closest model issue, but it was about a startup race with globally configured providers.

Debian 13 server running T3 as a background service, with a desktop client over SSH. OpenCode 2.1.4 runs as a shared service.

Workaround

Start sessions for that folder in OpenCode's own TUI. Adding the provider globally would work, but it defeats the purpose of folder-scoped config. Hand-adding customModels makes the models show in every project.
