Every row with a command or detail got a chevron, so runtime warnings,
task summaries, and short commands opened to repeat the one line they
already showed. Decide expandability against the collapsed label the row
renders, keep multi-line bodies expandable since the row truncates them,
and share that label between the feed model and the row so they cannot
drift.
