chore(deps): motion 14 and mapbox-gl 3.33#132

both are only a day old (motion 14.2.0 and mapbox-gl 3.33.0 shipped 2026-10-13), so merge this one last, after a few days

• motion 13.1 → 14.2: the major only removes internal APIs, and everything we use is still exported. 14.2 gpu-accelerates x/y/scale
• mapbox-gl 3.29 → 3.33: rtl text is built in now, so setRTLTextPlugin and friends are gone (we don't use them)

verified in the browser: in-view animations on home (ro/en, desktop/mobile), faq accordion, carousel, transfer route map with markers and route line. next build --webpack passes
