fix(ui): align reset metadata baseline in provider usage rows (#230)

Add Layout.alignment: Qt.AlignBaseline to usagePaceLabel and usageResetLabel in ProviderUsageRow.qml to ensure pace text and reset metadata align cleanly along their text baseline.
