* fix(sessions): clear snapshots from retired command sources

Invalidate completed session data and update metadata synchronously when the
configured executable changes. Retain same-source snapshots on failed scans.

The preceding test-only commit reproduces four native Qt failures, covering
hidden/visible source changes and failed/timed-out scans after a switch.
