Remove the unused `ConversationView::delete_history_entry` method and
its now-unused `ThreadMetadataStore` import. The method had zero callers
— the same functionality is covered by
`ThreadHistoryView::remove_thread` and
`ThreadsArchiveView::delete_thread`.
