Important

Top of the stack: server → web → mobile. This PR's own change is the top commit.

What's added

Mobile (iOS, Android and iPad) UI for snoozing a thread until its pull request needs attention.

  • Row menus: the long-press and swipe Snooze menus get "Until it needs attention", gated per environment on threadSnoozeUntilAttention and an open linked PR.
  • Settings: Snooze pull requests awaiting review in Settings → Thread behavior. It's disabled with "Update older servers…" when any selected server lacks the capability.
  • Snoozed shelf: shows an eye (SF Symbol eye on iOS, Tabler IconEye on Android). The row's accessibility value reads the snooze state. Sorting uses the shared sortSnoozedThreads, which fixes a NaN sort.
  • Thread screen: a status pill reads "Snoozed until its pull request needs attention | Wake", ahead of background work.
  • Shared helpers: offersSnoozeUntilAttention and sortSnoozedThreads moved to client-runtime, and web now imports them.

Validation

  • Adversarial review rounds with GPT-6.1-Sol until a round came back with no findings.
  • Logic tests for sorting, menu availability, settings capability checks and the accessibility value. Typecheck passes for mobile, web and client-runtime.
  • Not yet checked on a simulator.

Implemented by Claude Opus 5.5 subagents through the T3 Code orchestrator, reviewed by GPT-6.1-Sol (Codex), and coordinated by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code within T3 Code.
