Review: one wash layer above every agent turned a flashed stack into a
white block and could whiten an unflashed neighbour. Each wash now sits
just above its agent, under any stacked over it, at 70% so the agent stays
recognisable. The row logic is a unit-tested function, the corpus test
fails when no replay carries a flash, and the format example names 0.3.0.
