A flashed player's view cone shrinks away and their icon washes white, then both come back over the flash's last 40%. Each body's BlindManagerComponent replicates LongestActiveBlindDuration (seconds as a flash lands, 0 when it wears off); the decoder now writes it per player as `blinds` (docs/replay-format.md, "Blinds"). A cone shorter than the editor's minimum is none, and a capture saves the shortened cone, so it keeps what the viewer showed. The decoded output changes, so the decoder is 0.3.0 and cached replays decode again once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
