Cones: reveal a masked copy of the map instead of splitting it

Review round 2: splitting the map into a floor pass and an ink pass moved
every non-floor element above the floor (Bind's teleporter route showed
through attacker spawn); faded cones stacked; the transition preparation
frame was outside the coverage scope; the contrast fallback could miss its
minimum. Now the map is drawn once as before, and the cone layer shows a
revealed copy of the whole map (same art, floor recoloured) only where a
cone reaches: the cones are painted as a mask in the layer's own group and
the copy is composited into it, so authored drawing order holds and nothing
is drawn twice. Cones that fade together are masked as one group. The
replay viewer uses the same mask through RevealedFloor. The preparation
frame joins the scope, and the contrast fallback moves the floor toward
white or black just far enough to keep 1.5:1.
