strata-lint v0 reuses strata-check's ledger facts (DeferredBody,
ArtifactIneligibility) with expect-only suppression per 14-toolchain.md
sections 7-10, wired into strata-cli as `strata lint`.

tree-sitter-strata's grammar now covers all 13 corpus fixtures (was 5
clean / 8 gaps), fixes a corrupted highlights.scm, and adds a fuzz
conformance regression gate against the compiler's resilient parser.

zed-extension/ is a minimal reference Zed extension built on the fixed
grammar.
