Initial Solid Native implementation

Add the Solid Fabric renderer, native platform integrations, Studio demo, managed development tooling, and standalone app starter.

Include native and JavaScript tests, stricter TypeScript and lint checks, pinned dependencies, and reproducible setup scripts.
