# GitCafe Buildkite qualification

A harmless public fixture for checking GitCafe's Buildkite observations and
terminal log rendering. It contains no dependencies, credentials or project
source. The job only prints a few lines and exits in under a second after
checkout.

Run locally with `bash .buildkite/verify.sh`. The default result is recorded in
`.buildkite/expected-result`; change `pass` to `fail` to qualify a failing
commit. `CI_FIXTURE_RESULT=fail bash .buildkite/verify.sh` also exercises the
intentional failure (exit 23).

The output includes ANSI colors, carriage-return progress, stderr, Unicode,
and explicit final pass/fail text. No environment variables are dumped and no
network requests are made by the job.

Set `CI_FIXTURE_DELAY_SECONDS=20` for a bounded live-log observation window (integer 0–30, default 0).
