fix(web): make the paste shortcut deterministic and refuse truncated links

The terminal paste shortcut now reads the clipboard through
navigator.clipboard when available and encodes the bracketed paste
itself, instead of relying on Ctrl+Shift+V's browser-specific default
action to fire a paste event; browsers without the API keep the native
paste-event path.

Wrapped-link resolution only sees viewport rows, so a wrapped line
whose head scrolled above the viewport, or a match running to the end
of a full-width bottom row, now resolves to no link instead of
activating a truncated URL. OSC 8 hyperlinks are unaffected because
Ghostty resolves them per cell.
