fix(providers): clear the Pi session-name cache on session switch

`switch_session` reset the applied model and thinking caches but left
`appliedSessionName`, so a newly selected session whose thread title
matched the previous one skipped `set_session_name` and kept the old
name in pi's `/resume` listing.
