feat(web): font smoothing toggle, system default fonts

A macOS-only Typography row toggles native font anti-aliasing (on by
default); turning it off applies grayscale -webkit-font-smoothing
from the root. The bundled DM Sans and JetBrains Mono webfonts are
gone - now that any installed font is selectable, the defaults are the
platform's own faces, and the default labels probe accordingly.
