Project native async single and workflow/chain/parallel launches from structured
receipts and snapshots. Keep launch IDs owned by their original run across
idempotent resume receipts, and settle terminal widgets without waiting for an
optional completion notice.

Persist native lifecycle observations at the provider session boundary so late
member inventory and results survive the launching run's subscriber. Publish
members before the coordinator, release the predecessor before buffered wakes,
and retire observation on Stop, pause, session replacement and rollback.
Retain launch identity, item ordinals and row metadata until native session reset.

Keep detached native children observable after reusable parent failures and native
aborts, and honor their continuation flag at the run cleanup boundary. Completed
launch identities do not force unrelated steering interrupts to restart Pi.
