## Message

```
fix(opencode): adopt handed-over provider thread identity
The create path in ensureThread minted a fresh session-keyed row even
when the caller handed over the run's provider thread, leaving the same
two-live-rows hazard the Pi adapter just fixed. Bind the new native
session to the caller's row instead, mirroring the Pi adopt branch.
