Stabilize chat scroll restoration across thread switches

- Keep auto-scroll pinned to bottom during thread changes, composer resize, and streaming updates
- Improve virtualized timeline measurement/keying to prevent stale height reuse between threads
- Hand off blob image preview URLs from optimistic to server messages to avoid flicker/revocation races
