- add working-tree file/line stats to git status contracts, server responses, and tests
- refactor web git queries/mutations into shared React Query helpers
- update git quick-action logic/UI to prefer commit/push/PR flows and clearer disabled states
- hide branch toolbar for non-repos and tighten related chat/toolbar behavior
