Refactor analytics flush test to use Effect NodeServices

- Wrap test in `it.layer(NodeServices.layer)` for Node service provisioning
- Replace manual temp dir setup/cleanup with scoped `FileSystem.makeTempDirectoryScoped`
- Keep multi-batch flush assertions while simplifying test runtime wiring
