Contributors now have explicit requirements for major-feature documentation, issue references, verification, and review. The contribution guide, PR template, and site contribution page state that Screen is the sole person who merges PRs.

Catalog, public page, and agent capability changes must keep affected llms.txt output, robots.txt rules, sitemap entries, metadata, and agent guides current. The guide explains which entries are generated automatically and where to update their sources.

Issue fixes use `Closes #123` for full resolutions and `Refs #123` for partial fixes. This documents GitHub's existing auto-closing behavior; repository settings are unchanged.

Validation:
- `npm run build` passed, including TypeScript checks.
- `node --test tests/discovery.test.mjs` passed, 2 tests.
- `git diff --check` passed.

No public routes or agent capabilities changed, so discovery generators needed no edits. No live browser testing was performed.
