## Summary

- Finish the full-height library filter sidebar and make Clear filters appear only when a search, filter, or Saved view is active. Clearing resets Saved too.
- Present the library directory as compact rows with component-aware search and links to verified component docs.
- Keep those rows linked to the detail pages from #22, with a separate official website action.
- Remove the footer and library-search shortcut from Docs. Add previous and next links across all five docs pages.
- Update directory and docs copy to describe the current detail-page flow.

## Stack

Base: #22 (`feat/library-detail-pages`). Merge #22 first, then this PR. The merge commit resolves the overlapping library card, README, and test script changes.

## Verification

- `npm test`: production build and 24 tests passed.
- `git diff --check`: passed.
- No live browser testing, per project instructions.
