## What changed
- Route application buttons and hero search through the existing shadcn UI components.
- Add the missing light and dark theme tokens used by those components.
- Remove the unused duplicate Button implementation and document component ownership.

## Verification
- `npx tsc --noEmit`
- `npm run build`
- `git diff --check`

Live browser testing was not run per project instructions. The design detector found three existing layout animation warnings outside the changed lines.

Fixes #3
