Adds 20 UI libraries, corrects three existing destinations, shows a dismissible site progress notice, and adds a homepage roadmap linked to GitHub tickets. Dedicated library pages are marked in progress. Verified with a production build, the discovery test, generated homepage output, and the UI detector.
