## What to build

The floating library icons on the right side of the home page hero are static. The tester suggested adding motion, for example:

- Icons drift in place and react to the mouse, such as moving away from or toward the cursor on hover.
- Or icons spin in a slow vortex, with real library logos shown larger as they pass the front.

## Acceptance criteria

- [ ] Hero icons move continuously and react to pointer movement or hover.
- [ ] Use real library logos from the catalog where possible.
- [ ] Respect `prefers-reduced-motion` by showing a still layout.
- [ ] Keep the animation smooth on mid-range laptops and do not delay first paint.
