Redesign the contributors and sponsors pages

- Contributors: a card per person with avatar, rank, contribution count,
  and share bar, plus totals and a short contributing call to action.
- Sponsors: an honest empty state, what sponsorship supports, and a note
  that inquiries are public GitHub issues.
- Neither page shows the footer any more.
