Document how Col answers: behavior and result anatomy on the MCP page

A new 'How Col answers' section on /mcp, based on a live probe of the
merged endpoint: the four read-only tools, and every result's
transparency fields — canonical source link, per-field verification,
explicit gaps, matchedOn, indexStatus hints, and snapshots with fetch
dates and revisions — with a real result shown exactly as agents
receive it. The same evidence an agent cites is what the reader can
click and check.

The docs test now treats only mcpServers-shaped blocks as connection
configs, so result examples can appear without breaking the config
assertion.
