Install Vercel Speed Insights (#49)

Implemented Vercel Speed Insights for Next.js App Router

WHAT WAS IMPLEMENTED:
- Installed @vercel/speed-insights package (v2.0.0) using pnpm
- Added SpeedInsights component to the root layout for application-wide performance tracking
- Followed official Vercel documentation for Next.js App Router integration

FILES MODIFIED:
1. app/layout.tsx
   - Added import: `import { SpeedInsights } from "@vercel/speed-insights/next"`
   - Added <SpeedInsights /> component at the end of the body tag
   
2. package.json
   - Added dependency: "@vercel/speed-insights": "^2.0.0"
   
3. pnpm-lock.yaml
   - Updated with new package dependencies

IMPLEMENTATION DETAILS:
- Fetched the latest documentation from https://vercel.com/docs/speed-insights/quickstart
- Identified the project uses Next.js App Router with TypeScript
- Used pnpm as the package manager (as indicated by existing pnpm-lock.yaml)
- Placed SpeedInsights component in the root layout (app/layout.tsx) following Next.js App Router best practices
- The component is positioned at the end of the body tag to avoid blocking critical rendering

VERIFICATION COMPLETED:
✓ TypeScript type checking passed (pnpm run typecheck)
✓ Production build completed successfully (pnpm run build)
✓ All 45 tests passed (pnpm run test)
✓ No linting errors introduced

The Speed Insights component will automatically collect and report Web Vitals and performance metrics once the application is deployed to Vercel.
