Add cmdk and kbar, classify every component, audit ingest licensing

Item 1 complete: cmdk and kbar enter the registry as first-class entries
with npm-verified facts (peer ranges, MIT) and README-sourced setup;
cmdk's Command joins the command-palette concept.

Kind sweep complete: all 1435 components carry a kind, classified from
each component's own documentation description where the page serves one
(CoVe), with library framing as the fallback; inspira-ui corrected to its
animation-library framing after audit.

Licensing audit for ingestion: Mantine, MUI, Base UI, React Aria,
shadcn-svelte, Reka UI, cmdk and kbar document inside open-licensed
repos; registry-style MIT repos (shadcn, Radix, HeroUI, Magic UI, Kibo,
Cult UI, Flowbite and kin) are open at the code level; coss/origin-ui is
AGPL-3.0, react-bits unlicensed, and Aceternity closed.
