The permission decision from the licensing audit lands in the corpus:
64 libraries granted (docs reuse with attribution, each with its
verified license source and check date), Aceternity denied (its license
forbids source redistribution), and the 6 undecided libraries carry no
entry at all — the validator refuses unknown permissions by design.

First snapshot batch: verbatim README install-and-usage for the eleven
deep-coverage libraries (shadcn, Radix, MUI, Base UI, HeroUI's peers —
Mantine, React Aria, Headless UI, shadcn-svelte, Reka UI, cmdk, kbar),
each stamped with its fetch time and the git SHA it documented.

Two fixtures updated to the grown corpus: snapshots now read 'ingested'
where they exist.
