Complete the snapshot and summary sweeps as of 2026-10-10

Snapshot sweep: 62 of the 64 granted libraries now carry verbatim README
install-and-usage snapshots, each with its fetch time and the git SHA it
documented. The two gaps are honest ones: Hampton UI documents only on
its own site, and react-three-fiber's README has no install/usage
section to capture.

Summary sweep: 1019 components gain a one-line summary taken from their
own documentation page's description — the library's own words, not a
guess. Every page that fetched successfully also re-verified its source
URL today, refreshing verifiedAt to 2026-10-10 across 1426 records; the
six ElevenLabs URLs remain throttled-inconclusive.
