Snapshots carry install evidence or no snapshot at all

CoVe audit of the corpus found 35 README snapshots that were landing
pages or intros without a single install command — shadcn/ui's README is
a pure link card. Regenerated in one pass: each granted library's
snapshot is the first of its own documented pages that actually shows
install or usage, preferring the add/apply form that the component
install template generates. 58 snapshots remain, every one evidence
carrying; thin pages earn none.

The issue #61 acceptance gate now passes 18/18 against the live tool
layer.
