- Add react constraints for Tween UI (>= 19, from its setup guide) and
  Drawably (>= 18 < 20, from its package metadata)
- Drop the unverified React 18 claim from the lucide-animated page
- Point the eleven DesignPass component URLs at www.designpass.dev so they
  no longer redirect, as scripts/verify-sources.mjs reports
