Unify the header and polish directory, docs, and home pages

- Use the /libraries header size on every route, through shared CSS variables.
- Keep a solid, static header on every route except the home page.
- Give /libraries its own full-height shell with a scrolling results pane.
- Show website previews and a category label on library grid cards.
- Pin the docs sidebar and remove the right-hand docs rail.
- Size contributor portraits by contribution count.
- Show the roadmap as a timeline.
- Replace the hero shader, floating logos, and effect buttons with standard buttons.
