A rebuild of the homepage (shader hero + /libraries explorer) stranded the
old hero. This removes what it left behind.

Dead code (14 files, 1,115 lines)
  No importing module in app/, components/, lib/, data/ or tests/:
  AsciiFluid, CategoryBento, HeroLogoTrail, Marquee, RevealText, SearchBar,
  ui/border-beam-search, ui/glowing-effect, ui/hover-border-gradient,
  ui/magnet, ui/select, ui/separator, ui/star-border, plus GlareHover, whose
  only importer was the orphaned CategoryBento.
  components/ui/ goes from 24 files to 11, all reachable.

Dependencies
  gsap, @gsap/react, border-beam and motion were imported only by the files
  above. Removed, along with their pnpm minimumReleaseAgeExclude entries.
  The repo shipped two class-merging engines: 6 ui components imported cn
  from npm while 9 imported it from @/lib/utils. All 17 now use the local
  one, and the npm cn is dropped. Client JS: 882,002 -> 853,125 bytes
  (-28,877) from no longer bundling a duplicate merge engine.

  cn parity was verified before swapping: identical output on 103 inputs
  (76 class literals taken from the 6 affected files, plus 27 adversarial
  cases including the Tailwind v4 (--var) shorthand used in dropdown-menu).

Unused CSS (168 lines, globals.css 956 -> 788)
  Fossil of the deleted components: the whole .hero-search* block and its
  keyframe, .gooey-*, .hero-search-surface, .primary-invert-button, the
  marquee keyframes, the star-border keyframes, .hero-background-card
  --mid/--far, the [data-slot=select-*] rules, and a 16-line
  ::-webkit-scrollbar block already neutralised by line 28.
  Unread tokens: --col-green, --color-surface, --color-surface-raised,
  --color-accent-soft, --color-color-1..5. Removed the .dark { --color-1..5 }
  block, byte-identical to the :root values. Dropped no-op declarations
  (-ms-overflow-style, text-rendering, scrollbar-gutter) and the light
  .hero-stat border-color that line 358 overrides with !important.

/Alexandria
  A brand concept committed inside 2928f98, a commit about library
  discovery and shaders. It has never been linked from any file in any
  commit, and is in neither staticRoutes nor the sitemap, but it built and
  served a competing hero. Reduced to a placeholder.

Verified: tsc --noEmit clean, build green, route table unchanged, and
/, /libraries, /docs, /contributors, /Alexandria, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml
and /llms.txt all serve 200 from a production build.
