Redesign the library detail page

- Two columns: header, install, getting started, and agent prompt, beside
  a sticky card with the preview, links, category, stacks, and use cases.
- Install methods sit in a segmented track; switching sends a paint-only
  blur wave across the command, and the box height animates between
  commands.
- Getting started is a numbered timeline; bare URLs become links.
- The copy button cross-fades its icon and label and resizes to fit.
- No footer on library pages.
