Prove the preview channels and cover Radix UI in full

The render pipeline now verifies a themed render and the MCP Apps widget on every run, and a wire-level test proves the UI linkage through the real SDK. Stories grow to 42: every component Radix UI documents plus a shadcn/ui batch rendering the app's own components/ui code.
